Activ’s COVID-safe measures

As always, Activ’s highest priority is the safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff.


Activ complies with all current guidelines from the WA Government related to COVID-19, and may introduce additional measures, to further ensure the safety of our customers 

and staff.


We have developed and communicated to our staff our 

COVID-19 management plans and procedures, and our staff are undertaking additional training in the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and infection control procedures.


All Activ staff, including supported employees, are up to date with the WA Government mandated COVID-19 vaccinations.

Steps you can take to be COVID-safe

There are some simple steps individuals can take to help protect themselves and those around them from COVID-19. These include:

getting vaccinated

wearing a mask

trying to keep 1.5m away from other people

avoiding poorly ventilated spaces and crowds

checking in to locations using the ServiceWA or SafeWA app, or attendance sheet

getting tested for COVID-19 if you feel unwell

washing your hands often

covering coughs and sneezes

cleaning and disinfecting surfaces that are touched a lot

monitoring yourself for symptoms

following the advice from the Health Department, if you have COVID-19.

If you are an Activ customer and you have symptoms of COVID-19, are a close contact of someone with COVID-19, or have tested positive for COVID-19, please tell your Activ contact as soon as possible.

Mandatory COVID-19 booster vaccines

To continue working at Activ, all Activ staff, including supported employees, corporate staff and volunteers, must receive their COVID-19 booster dose within one month of becoming eligible and provide evidence of their booster dose to Activ.
